Submit Dxdiag

Send us your DirectX Diagnostic file for us to examine.
note: this file does not submit personal information.

• Click your Start Menu
• Click Run
• Type 'dxdiag' in the Run box that appears, and click OK.
  
  
  
  
• If you see this message, click Yes.
  
  
  
  
• Once your progress bar has filled (lower left hand corner of the window) please click 'Save all Information'
  
  
  
  
• In the file dialog please select .xml under 'Save as type' and save the file to a location you can find it later. (The default is your desktop)
  
  
  
  
• Use the file browser below to upload the dxdiag.xml file you just created. Please note that the file-format will be verified and non compliant files will not be accepted.
• After you have successfully uploaded the file, exit the dxdiag window and delete the file you just created
